Die Design

Vision develops tools projects to trim, pierce and form sheet metals. Also, we have a large experience projecting Progressive Tools, Control Devices and Welding Devices.

In addition, we perform Simulations, Sheet Usage Calculations (open blank), Sheet Elastic Return Corrections (Springback) and the Development of Die Operation Line-Up for tool construction.

We use software like Dassault Catia V5,Siemens NX, GOM Inspect, CostOptimizer (Forming Suite) and Autoform to ensure the delivery of high quality projects to our customers.
